Under the Strata Titles Act 1985, the Strata Company is required to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Strata Roll containing the details of all lot owners, occupants, and mortgagees. It is the responsibility of each registered owner to notify Apogee Strata Management of any changes to their contact details, postal address, tenancy arrangements, or mortgage information.

Please complete all sections of this form as they apply to your lot and return it to us at your earliest convenience. Keeping your details current ensures you continue to receive levy notices, meeting correspondence, and other important communications without interruption.
