Whether you’re an owner wishing to review your scheme’s records directly, or a third party engaged to prepare a report on behalf of a prospective purchaser, this is where you can request documentation with our team.
How to Book an Inspection
Complete the request form below and provide the necessary authority documentation. This allows us to process your booking efficiently and in accordance with legislative requirements. Once confirmed, your documents will be delivered to you or you’ll be allocated a time to attend our office and review the available records. Inspections are allocated a maximum of three hours.
Why Is This Required?
Records inspections are governed by the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA), which provides that an owner, mortgagee, or authorised representative may request access to scheme records held by the strata manager. Completing the form ensures we meet our obligations and that your request is processed correctly.
