Reimbursement Request

If you’ve incurred an expense on behalf of the Strata Company, you can request reimbursement using the form below. Simply download the form, complete all sections, and choose whether you’d like the amount credited to your levies or transferred to your bank account.

Apogee Strata Management processes reimbursement requests for expenses incurred by lot owners or the Managing Agent on behalf of the Strata Company, where those expenses have been pre-approved or are otherwise claimable under the strata scheme.

To request reimbursement, please complete all sections of this form in full. Reimbursements may be applied as a credit against your levies or paid directly to a nominated bank account — please indicate your preference on the form.
