Many strata schemes in Western Australia allow pets, but approval is generally required before bringing an animal into your lot.

Please complete all sections of this form accurately and in full. Incomplete applications will not be assessed. A clear photograph of your pet must be included with your submission.

Apogee Strata Management requires all residents wishing to keep a pet at their strata property to submit a completed Pet Application Form prior to bringing a pet onto the premises.
