What If It’s an Emergency?
During business hours (8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday), call (08) 9430 9430 and our team will assist you immediately.
What Is Common Property?
Common property covers all shared areas and structural elements of the building that fall under the owners corporation’s responsibility. This typically includes common gardens and pathways, external walls and roofing, shared plumbing and electrical infrastructure, car parks, lifts, and shared facilities.
If you’re unsure whether your repair relates to common property or your own lot, don’t hesitate to contact your strata manager — we’re happy to advise.
