Access Device Requests

Need a key, fob, swipe card, or remote for your scheme’s common areas? Submit a request through the FORM on this page. Please note that key and access device requests are subject to committee approval and any applicable costs are the responsibility of the requesting lot owner.

Apogee Strata Management manages the issue and replacement of all access devices for the strata scheme, including keys, fobs, and remote controls used to access common property areas.

To request a new, replacement, or additional access device, please complete all sections of this form. If your device has been lost or stolen, please notify Apogee Strata as soon as possible so the relevant ID numbers can be cancelled and access security maintained for all residents.

Please note the following conditions prior to submitting your request:

• An administration fee of $25.00 applies per order, payable in full before any device is dispatched or made available for collection.
• Devices may be collected from the Apogee Strata office (photo ID required) or sent via registered post for an additional fee of $15.00.
• Apogee Strata Management accepts no liability for devices lost or stolen once they have left the office or been dispatched by post.
