We coordinate your insurance renewal process well in advance, working with professional insurance brokers to remarket the policy and provide the Strata Company with competitive insurance options.
With the support of expert brokers, we help you understand what’s covered, what isn’t, and where adjustments may be needed; including guidance on obtaining building valuations to ensure you’re strata company is not underinsured.
We provide ongoing guidance and secure expert advice to help the Strata Company manage and mitigate risks, and support you in addressing any defects contributing to policy exclusions.
The Result
Apogee Strata manages the administration of insurance policies and claims on behalf of the scheme. Notably, Apogee does not collect insurance commissions from insurers or brokers; this service is included within the Agreed Services Fee, helping keep costs transparent and avoiding additional charges often added by other strata managers.
