We manage a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, mixed used, survey-strata schemes and new builds in both metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia, including locations such as Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, and Exmouth

Council Support & Compliance
Our role extends beyond administration—we actively support your Council with expert guidance and professional execution:
- Empowering Council members with accurate, practical advice
- Ensuring full compliance with the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA) and any relevant regulations
- Supporting decision-making with documentation and procedural clarity
External Services
- Tax compliance services (e.g., ABNs, BAS, ITR) performed by external Tax Agents
- External disbursements (e.g., title searches) charged at cost + $35 admin fee
